LusterStone® Queen Ann's Lace
LusterStone® Custom Color for Pink
Fauxcreme® Clear
Roller and Pan
Trowel
Step 1 - Pick 2 colors of LusterStone® (Queen Anne's Lace and a custom color for the pink). *Keep a container of the lightest color and the darkest color. Mix up a batch that is the mid-tone that will be about 50%/50% of each. It will blend better during the application if you add Fauxcreme® clear to each mixture.
Step 2 - Basecoat walls with 2 colors that match the LusterStone® colors in eggshell sheen with a roller. Continue blending as you move down the wall. Allow to dry.
Step 3 - Starting at the top with the lightest color, trowel the LusterStone® using a horizontal/vertical cross hatch. As you move down the wall, double load the trowel with the lightest color and the mid-tone color.
Step 4 - With each pass across the wall, use more of the mid-tone and less of the light tone. By the middle of the wall, you should be troweling only the mid-tone color.
Step 5 - Begin the same process using the mid-tone color and the darkest color, continuing down the lower half of the wall. By the bottom, you should be using only the darkest color.
